Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (commonly referred to as psychotherapy) is a collaborative type of therapy that focuses on a collaborative process between the client and therapist. I will assist you in increasing understanding of your thoughts and behavior patterns to help increase your functioning and improve well being. Individual therapy is an effective approach for a variety of emotional difficulties. Additionally, I will assist you in uncovering self-defeating emotional blocks in order to shift towards alignment with one’s highest potential. My approach will include an initial assessment, collaborative goal setting, and designing a strategy for purposeful living.

Brainspotting? You are probably wondering what brainspotting is and why you have never heard of it. Brainspotting is a relatively new type of therapy designed to help people access, process, and overcome a variety of issues to include but are not limited to trauma, stress, and unpleasant emotions. Brainspotting is an advanced brain-body therapy and a powerful way to heal trauma and emotional stress. Brainspotting taps into your brain’s natural capacity to work through and internally resolve-any old “stuff” that’s had you feeling “stuck” in various areas of your life.
