Welcome to my bloggy blog.

I was going to originally write about “oh shit” moments, but I thought it would be more appropriate for me to to introduce my readers to the content, purpose, and reasoning behind my blog. If you haven’t already, please take a moment and read my about me section on my website. Although this will not give you the full picture of how much of an amazing person I am, It will provide you with a very watered down version of my professional accomplishments and background. In the present blog, I will briefly discuss my hopes and dreams for this blog but, we’ll take moment for a short disclaimer. The purpose of this blog is not to replace mental health treatment in any form. I do not wished to be sued from any of the information you chose to take from my website, blog, or social media content. Side note, if cursing offends you, then this blog is not for you and if you have made it this far, welcome. I hope I can provide strategies, authenticity, and rawness through my writing to help readers navigate through common things things that come up against in the real world. I hope that I can accomplish this while toeing the line of professional and allowing my words to be real, authentic, and raw.  Dreams. I dream of my writing being able to reach millions. Dream big! That being said, my next blog post will be covering strategies to help cope with life’s “Oh Shit” moments. They are unavoidable, suck, and seem to hit us when we are least expecting it.
